"Great Experience"

After finding a few pre owned Jeeps that caught my interest on the web, I contacted Ryan an Internet Purchase Consultant  at Dallas Dodge. I am so glad I did. I have been searching for a new vehicle for months and each dealership I called was the same. They would not give me any information, no prices, nothing except an "appointment". After speaking with Ryan, I had gotten the information I asked for and met him at Dallas Dodge. The deal was so easy. Everything he told me on the phone was what he did, prices, condition of the car, everything was exactly as I expected. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. I love my new Jeep and highly recommend Dallas Dodge.

"The truck of my dreams"

I just have to tell you how easy it was to buy my truck at Dallas Dodge. I had been looking for my yellow RAM 2500 for more than a year. When I found it at Dallas Dodge I thought it would be impossible to make a deal, how wrong I was. Sue and her internet staff could not have made it easier. They gave me a price on the phone and even picked me up at the airport. I flew in, signed the papers and was back on the road home within hours. The entire staff was so helpful, they even printed directions for my drive back. I was hesitant to buy a truck sight unseen, but I could not have been happier with the way it worked out.

"Finally Found It"

I had been searching for months for a 2007 silver Dodge Ram 1500.I had been to several dealers, who told me the truck was available and when I arrived to buy it, that was not the case. I was frustrated and a little upset. When I called Dallas Dodge and spoke to Jordan, I got a different feeling. Not only did he assure me the truck was there, he took video of it and sent it to me. They even gave me an approximate trade value. I drove the 520 miles to get this truck and I could not be happier. The deal went as it was promised and I was on the road in 2 hours heading home. "Skeptical"

In the current economic mess a lot of my neighbors and friends have found themselves with credit issues and I am no different. Having had good credit my entire life, until now, I didnt want to buy a new car that I had to finance. I simply was not sure what steps to take. I went to a couple of Atlanta dealerships who claimed they would finance anyone only to spend hours on hours wating around and then be told that I needed thousands down to get any loan at all. A friend told me she had a different experience at Dallas Dodge. I was skeptical, but I needed a car so I decided to give it a try. From the minute I contacted them on the web, I felt this would be different. The sales person told me he could not make me any promises, but that if I would be flexible they could probably help me. I arrived at the dealership expecting the same run around I had gotten at other places, but it never happened. The sales person had lined up a couple of cars that he said would fit my situation, we drove them, I chose one and then prepared to wait. I was so surprised when less than 20 minutes later, they called me in, explained the financing, asked me if it was ok and then I signed the papers and left in my new (used) car. They treated me like they wanted my business, not like they were doing me a favor, as I was treated everywhere else. I can say, this money mess will pass and credit will improve and Dallas Dodge has made a lifelong customer of me.
